I did indeed and I think Dustin Lance Black’s work is so inspirational and creative. “8 ” really opens the eyes of today’s society to the injustice and lack of acceptance that our country suffers. I’d love to have it staged at McKinley but being such a controversial topic, I don’t think it would be allowed. However, I’d definitely encourage my students to get involved if a production as such ever arose in Lima.
